Authors are required to adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and transparent submission process.

Manuscript Submission

  • Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system. Email submissions are not accepted unless otherwise specified.
  • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Word format (.doc or .docx), with tables and figures included at the end of the document or submitted as separate files.

  • Conflict of Interest Statement: All authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the work’s interpretation.
  • Ethical Approval: For studies involving human participants or animals, authors must provide ethical approval documentation or state that such approval was obtained.

Peer Review Process

  • Initial Screening: Manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team to assess their suitability for the journal.
  • Reviewer Feedback: Authors will receive detailed feedback from reviewers, along with a decision on whether the manuscript is accepted, requires revision, or is rejected.

Revision of Manuscripts

  • Minor and Major Revisions: If revisions are requested, authors are expected to submit the revised manuscript within the timeframe specified by the editor. A detailed response to reviewers' comments must be included.
  • Final Decision: Once the revised manuscript is received, it will be reviewed, and a final publication decision will be made.

Plagiarism and Ethics

The journal employs plagiarism detection software to ensure the originality of submissions. Authors found to have plagiarized content will have their manuscripts rejected, and the misconduct may be reported to their institutions.

Open Access and Copyright

  • The journal operates under an open-access model, meaning all articles are freely accessible to the public immediately upon publication.
  • Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer or licensing agreement, granting the journal the right to publish the work under a Creative Commons license.

Withdrawal Policy

Authors wishing to withdraw their manuscript after submission must notify the journal as soon as possible. Withdrawal requests will only be accepted if made before the manuscript has been sent for review. After peer review has started, withdrawals are discouraged unless there are strong ethical or legal reasons.
